Instead of hype diets or major restrictions, you will get high volume, nutrient dense plates that leave you satisfied. I am passionate about food and making people smile with my recipes.

It all started when I (Arianna) began my own weight loss journey as a vegetarian looking for high-protein, balanced meals. I quickly realized how hard it was to find recipes that considered the full picture, including macronutrients like protein, carbs and fat. Focusing on tracking macros simplifies reaching health goals like muscle gain or weight loss. Most recipes either focused solely on being plant-based or strictly on protein. Which quickly will lead to an off balanced, high calorie meal. Of course, there's nothing wrong with higher calorie meals; however, a calorie goal (calorie deficit) is needed for fat loss, and body composition changes. Understanding how to build a well balanced, lower calorie plate matters. I am here to fill that gap!
