Rosemary-oil Infused Silken Tofu

Who said tofu cannot be a centerpiece? This eye-catcher if far from boring, and made within minutes! I love the complex flavors of the rosemary-oil, topped with an amazing crunch from the almonds and chewiness from the dried fruit. Eating tofu was never this fun and exciting. Be ready for a nice surprise.
